We produce a local delicacy: the first type of cheese ever made in North America! Staff in period costume welcome visitors in a building constructed with tenons, mortise and wooden pins. Enjoy a light snack on the covered terrace. Sample fresh La Faisselle cheese and Le Paillasson frying cheese at the onsite shop, where you can also find cheeses from different regions, foodstuffs made on Île d’Orléans (pâté, rillettes, berry products, maple products, etc.), sorbet and homemade spruce beer.
